This 3 bedroom apartment is located in Altomar II on Gran Alacant, with spectacular views over Alicante Bay and across to Alicante city and its castle from 2 of the bedrooms and the roof terrace. You will have access to 3 swimming pools, all of which have baby / childrens pools.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and nicely furnished.
The large lounge/dining area has all that you would expect from a living room 2 large sofas seating up to six people comfortably surround the coffee table and a dining table with six chairs. One of these is a sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to 8 guests.
The living-room is fully equipped with TV, DVD player and a radio / cd cassette .

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with Cooker/Oven/Extractor, full fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster washing machine, and a kettle. You will also find pots and pans, crockery, glasses and variety of kitchen utensils including cutlery. The fully equipped bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and bathroom furniture.

The master bedroom has a double bed with bed side tables and a built in wardrobe.

The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds, bedside table, 1 has a built in wardrobe but no view, whilst the other has a spectacular sea view.
